Listed on the NewConnect stock market, InteliWISE S.A. launched a pilot program of an innovative application of the Virtual Counselor for the leading mobile operator ERA GSM. The counselor is a modern self-service assistant, supporting on-line customer service (I-BOA) of the operator who has over 13 million customers.

The solution of InteliWISE Virtual Counselor will become a technological innovation within the on-line customer service center I-BOA. The aim of the project is to evaluate the potential of the innovative technology of conversation agents in the field of customer self-service solutions that are currently being implemented by the operator. The embedded video-avatar in connection with speech synthesis is the main multimedia component of the website and its natural language processing (NLP) engine will allow for natural dialog between the user and the website, as well as intuitive navigation around the website.

As a part of the already extensively developed tools that are at the disposal of the customer service, the Virtual Counselor offers a new form of interactivity and ease obtaining the required information. If a customer wants to access information about their recent bills, extension of the contract or activating new mobile services, it is enough for them to ask the question in the natural language using a dialog box. The application will process the command and display, as well as utter, the appropriate answer. The visualization of the counselor is based on interactive, contextual video stream based on the recording of a real actor.
