InteliWISE attends ICMI show

InteliWISE exhibited June 1-3, 2009 at the Arboretum Renaissance Hotel in Austin, Texas at the ICMI trade show, a venue for Enterprise companies who maintain call centers for their customer support operations. The InteliWISE solution offers a lower cost solution for customer support than traditional call centers, and also provides a leap-to-answer offering not possible with on-the-phone support. Most enterprises will use a combination of call center, click to live chat, and Avatar-based InteliWISE platforms all in concert to provide a range of customer support at various cost and support points. InteliWISE was mentioned in one of the expert speaker sessions as a leading edge solution that takes web self-service to the next generation.
