When thinking of complex Natural Language Processing solutions you face the problems of embedding external knowledge sources, building dialog scenarios, handling text-to-speech platforms and storing data and all of the reports and statistics for further analysis. Our solution solves these problems all at the same time. It handles complex tasks for you and gives you the opportunity to focus on solutions. Natural Language Processing framework is expected to be robust, complete, and easy to use. When needed, our products can be connected to nearly any platform using our InteliWISE API 2.0 Framework and they can be integrated with any Speech Recognition system.

Semantic search

Because InteliWISE products can be natively integrated with any search engine they provide personal touch to indexed searches (video avatar, T2S audio, multimedia). Any query which is not in the system will activate a semantic search process using any of the search engines available (Google, Yahoo, MS LiveSearch, MS FAST, Oracle SES) and produce a relevant response (weather forecast, scientific data, etc.).

InteliWISE ENGINEER © is an application used to manage all of the services of InteliWISE AVATAR Enterprise Solution modules. It gathers functionalities to create, manage, and secure:

  • Clients' and users' accesses to particular services of an application
  • All Knowledge Bases designed by or for the Client

Knowledge models

Knowledge models consist of: knowledge bases (defined by name) and their percentage usage in the working model (the higher the value, the higher the contribution to the final solution). Each knowledge base used in the Knowledge model has its own unique purpose. We can use various knowledge bases in actual models to enlarge or shrink knowledge areas or to achieve specific effects. This part of knowledge management is placed in an installation configuration not visible in the Knowledge Engineer application.

Scenarios creation

A scenario, in the form of a machine-human conversation, is the system capability to make the interlocutor focus on predefined paths of knowledge investigation. When the user sees one response on the screen, Avatar presents the next possible topics (paths) below the last response. Thanks to this, the user is comfortable making choices basing on the visible information. We help the user find out what he needs to know, comfortably and easily.

InteliWISE MEDIA SERVER ©

InteliWISE MEDIA SERVER © is a unique tool for generating, hosting, and storing all of the defined media files used by avatar characters. It can be operated on any platform, including all major Linux distributions and Microsoft Windows systems both 32 and 64 bit. It uses certified techniques to cipher and decipher each multimedia request using the strong AES256 cipher method. Each request is strictly validated using special internal methods and algorithms to obtain vital information about the media file type and location, client's id, method of synthesis, etc. Media Server significantly improves media files' management and helps to reduce the InteliWISE Engine 2.0 load.

InteliWISE CHARACTER © is a platform for creating rich web interaction. Among many other possibilities, it allows you to:
