    Executive team

    Marcin Strzalkowski Marcin Strzałkowski (CEO) is the author of brand successes in TMT and FMCG sectors and co-author of business projects such as NetMania, the biggest interactive game on the Polish Internet. He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and Institut Français de Gestion (MBA). From 2000-2004, he was Retail Sales and Customer Service Manager and Marketing Communication Manager for Wirtualna Polska S.A. Web Portal. In 2005, he became the Marketing Director at Crowley Data, Poland, responsible for the company's marketing and communication strategy. Key achievements include: a 58% to 91% increase in brand recognition and growth in the number of users by 400% as a result of creating and implementing a new promotion and advertising strategy; an increase in the level of sales to retail customers to $1 million within 2 years; reduction in costs of operating customer service tasks by 80%. He was also Brand Manager at Unilever Polska, managing Rexona and Domestos brands in Central and Eastern European countries. Among his key achievements are: an increase in the market share of Domestos product from 44% to 51% and achieving a leading position for Rexona brand, with a 10% increase in sales. He was previously an employee at Credit Mutuel Bank in France and at Company Assistance in Warsaw.

    Marek Trojanowicz Marek Trojanowicz (CTO) TIME magazine called him one of the pioneers of e-learning in Poland. He graduated from the faculty of Computer Science at Gdańsk University of Technology. In the years 1999- 2004, he was Head of the Internet Services Department of the holding group of the portal Wirtualna Polska S.A; liaison between the programming and IT departments of this portal; and co-founder and owner of the company Forhead. At Forhead, he implemented medium-sized IT projects, Internet services and web design. His key achievements include creating the Colourful Pages service for children sold to wp.pl and creating and operating the Gdańsk Municipal Council website and EasyPhoto. From 1996 to1998, he was President of the Management Board of Optimus Nexus, specializing in the production of original encyclopedias and multimedia programs (e.g. Encyclopaedia of the Universe and Encyclopedia of the Second World War), and owner of MTM Studio s.c. (1994-1996), responsible for IT and special effects in 3D animations.

    Jeffrey Greenwald Jeffrey Greenwald is the Vice President of InteliWISE's US Operations. He is a graduate of Stanford University, Cum Laude in Economics, and has an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management. For nearly a decade, he served as senior director of marketing at Sun Microsystems, and he was Vice President of Marketing Support at Hitachi Data Systems. Additionally he has held business development, sales, marketing and product management leadership positions at BEA Systems (recently sold to Oracle) and Silicon Graphics. His customer-focused approach to business development is well-documented in his articles and interviews in Marketing News and other publications.

    Marek Borzestowski Marek Borzestowski is the co-founder and co-originator of the successful first horizontal portal in Poland "Wirtualna Polska" (www.wp.pl - Virtual Poland). This portal was successfully backed by Intel Capital as its first capital investment in Poland, accurately predicting the potential of search systems and the mass popularity of the Internet. He was the former president of "Wirtualna Polska" (wp.pl), currently within the France Telecom group. Among his main interests is a passion for intelligent information technologies and their application in everyday life. A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and European Business Management School in Great Britain, Marek participated in the projects of the Nuclear Research Institute in Karlsruhe in Germany.

    Grzegorz Maciag Grzegorz Maciąg is a member of the Prokom Group Management and took part in projects connected with creating the Prokom Software S.A. capital group, buying shares of Koma S.A., Softbank S.A., SPIN Lmtd., joining SPIN Lmtd. with Telmax S.A., and joining Ster-Projekt S.A. with ABG S.A.

    Waldemar Sielski Waldemar Sielski In the years 1992-2000, he was managing Director of Microsoft in Poland and author of trade and marketing policy of Microsoft on the Polish market. Since 2000, he has been a private investor in IT and the medical services sectors. A member of supervisory boards of such companies as MCI Management SA, Logotec Engineering SA, Sport Medica S.A., Ka-Na sp. z o.o. and the Multis Multum Foundation, in 2000 he was awarded the INFOSTAR '99 prize in the category "Business Achievements.” Mr Sielski graduated from Warsaw University with a degree in Mathematics and completed a postgraduate course in Foreign Trade at Warsaw School of Economics.

    Michal Lach Michał Lach graduated from the faculty of Management at Warsaw University, where he did his PhD and worked as a lecturer. For the following two years he was employed in the Investment Banking Department of PBK S.A., conducting both marketing and management training. In 1997 he founded the K2 company, which he also managed for many years. It is now one of the biggest interactive agencies in Poland. He is currently the President of the K2 Supervisory Board. K2 is a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

    Paweł Piwowar Paweł Piwowar As the president of Oracle Polska, he has built a team of more than 130 specialists and helped the company increase its sales dramatically. He also strengthened the company position as the biggest database technology supplier on the market. Since 2005, he has been chief of the Oracle Central Europe Cluster. A former President of ComputerLand, Pawel graduated from the faculty of Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology. He is a fan of The Beatles.
